16 pairs of male and female professional Go players who represent the Japanese Go world will be divided into 2 groups to play tournament games, and in the 3rd round, the winning pair will be decided. Go boards and stones will be purchased using a portion of the prize money and donated to primary, junior and high schools in Japan. From the 1st round to the final game, there will be commentary using a large demonstration board, and after the tournament, the award ceremony will be held.

To a champion pair, a title of "Champion of Professional Pair Go Players" will be given from the presenter of the tournament, and a trophy and prize money will be given from the sponsor.
[ Rules ]
The game shall be played with 30 seconds per move, and 10 times of 1 minte thinking time shall be given to each pair. The 1st game has a game by the lottery, The 2nd game and The final holds a game at the tournament game Champion is decided.
